So I am not sure if everyone knows but everything did work out in the end, pertaining to my previous life hiccup with the Wellness Center.
The same weekend Zach and Lisa went down to Utah for his soccer tournament I had to work at the Wellness Center that Saturday, but I also had a 5k to run with my client from one of my classes. So I told them I would be late and to just schedule me on doing blood work when I get there. Well I finished my 5k and all the blood work spots were filled in so I just went and did results. Another girl who is the director over wellness was also doing results and was talking to me about how the wellness coach internship position for the Biggest Winner on campus did not have very many good applicants. She told me that I should apply. Mind you the applications for this internship were due two weeks prior, but she said she thought I would be good.
So she set up the interview for 30 minutes later and I turned in my resume.
Three days later I got the internship position as a wellness coach for the Biggest Winner. So even though the Wellness Center did not work out it does not even matter! I was originally working there to apply for the internship position it had, but I got a different one instead and though this internship is only about 20 to 25 hours it is alright, because later that day I also got an email from the sewing room on campus asking me to work 15 hours a week. Meaning that I get 40 hours a week with an internship which is exactly what I wanted from the Wellness Center. So Heavenly Father does love me , He does know little hiccups in life can be frustrating but I know that He knows what is coming so everything will work out like it is suppose to, the hard part is trusting that it will. But I do have a testimony that Heavenly Father has a specific plan for all of us and that hiccups in life help us grow and that He will always be with us, and that eventually things will work out for the better =)

Dragons and a Few of My Favorite Things
A few weeks ago Zach tried out for a club soccer team here in Rexburg called the Dragons. It is not affiliated with the school and they dont really have a season yet, but they are trying to get one organized. But anyways the team was made (Zach made it) and they had a weekend with three games kind of as a trial run to see how they would do. They played against UVU, a men's league in Utah and Utah University's team.
Side note, I don't have to ever work on Saturdays, but a month ago some girl asked if I could cover her shift at the Hickory and since this soccer weekend wasn't planned I assumed there would be nothing going on so I said yes, sooooo unfortunate that the soccer weekend landed on the same day I had to work on a Saturday. So I was pretty upset, just because I really wanted to go and it stunk that I had to stay. Also this had been the week I had found out about the Wellness Center job and so it really was just one thing going wrong after another. So Zach knowing I was upset and that I had had a terrible week surprised me with some of my favorite things.
He is such a good husband!
But back to soccer, they went down and played all three teams and won! Mind you the dragons had only had four practices together before playing teams that had had a few years of playing together. So very impressive and of course Zach played great. Lisa told me that someone had a break away and he was able to catch and stop him before he could score.=)

Hiccups
Well if you have not already heard, I did not get rehired at the Wellness Center on campus. I really enjoyed that job and I am really frustrated, angry, sad, ect that I did not get it again. I was told that I did not get rehired again by the new intern (he does the hiring) because of budget cuts. Well after research I found that that was not true. So then I went to talk to the faculty advisers over it who told me that at the end of each semester employees are placed in a new pool of hirees and the new intern picks them. Well the intern who is the intern now has been hired three semesters in a row, so I was upset that I had been denied the opportunity that he had been given. Mind you he is a control freak and a jerk...and that is an unbias opinion ;) nah I am kidding.
But anyways long story short, after talking to many advisers and explaining my issues with the new intern I did not get the job.
But I am dealing with it. I am mad and agitated that this new intern is such a hyporcrite, but there are hiccups in life. I can deal with this no matter how frustrating it is.
Hiccups happen all the time, I tore my acl twice, that was a hiccup, I did not get into BYU originally that was a hiccup, Ive lost lots of credits through multiple transfers, that was a hiccup. But with all that its led me to realize that there is a different path that I don't realize yet is better for me.
Stick with me, but if I had not torn my acl twice then I would have not come to BYU-Idaho. The first time was early enough to just humble me, when I got back to playing my intentions were to still play at a college in Georgia, if I had not torn it a second time that is where I would be. If I had gotten into BYU then I would not have ever come to BYU-Idaho and met Zachary originally, if I had not transferred so many times I would still be waiting for a missionary who would have not been good for me and I would have never had the courage to date Zachary and eventually marry him. I do love him.
So even with this hiccup and it is frustrating, I know that sometime down the road it will turn out to work out better for me than I thought.
Thank you mom and dad for giving me the courage to deal with mean people, and thank you for supporting me. I love you both. Thank you Zachary to listening to me for hours vent and cry and rave about how mean and rude these people are. I love you too. Thanks lisa for also listening to me and agreeing with me that the new intern is indeed a jerk even though you dont know them.
So here is to hiccups and the better things they promise.

New Sports!
This semester someone in Zach and my ward was putting together a hockey team. Well Zach has been playing hockey almost as long as he has been playing soccer so he instantly said he would play and since they need a girl to play to be able to compete I said I would play.
It is kind of an awkward sport, I know how to body up to someone because of soccer but I have no idea how to hold the stick or what to do with, oh and I am TERRIBLE at shooting, but because I know how to use my body I am actually alright at defense, so that is where I stay.
But this past weekend we had a game, our first one was at 9:15. It was a tournament game but we lost it in overtime so we had to play again at 12:15, which we also went into overtime, but Zach scored the game winning goal so we have our next tournament game next weekend to see if we play the championship or not =)

Then later that evening we went and watched Lisa play battleship. Well if you thought of the game then you might think that was probably a really boring evening, but here at BYU-Idaho the school runs a real life battleship where each team has a canoe and you are in the pool and have to sink other peoples canoe by pouring water into theirs before you get sunk. Well look at the pictures if you still don't get it )

Say Hello to Milo!
I have always been a cat person and since I have gotten married I have told Zachary that I wanted a kitten. Well Zach is not much of a cat person so he would always tell me no. So when Valentine's Day rolled around i expected some other gift completely than what he got me. As you have guessed by now he got me a kitty cat!
(side note: Zach has a little reputation of being a "bad gifter" so when Lisa told my mom that he had gotten me a cat, not even a kitten she just thought it was so funny...because why would anyone get someone a cat and not a kitten)
But anyways I opened the door and there in a red bag with a red ribbon looking right at me was a little orange kitty cat. Mind you he is not a kitten, but he also isnt an old fat cat either, he is about 8 months old.
Zach picked him out at the humane society and brought him home.
It may be a little unpratical to have a cat...we dont even have kids, and we travel and move alot, but we really like our new little member of our family. He is super cuddly, and really playful and I really am glad to have him around.
Well on Friday I was trying to think of a name to give him and I was skyping mom. Dad suggested sidekick, which I actually kind of liked and Mom suggested Mr. Darcy. Well I always had the biggest crush on Mr. Darcy so I thought that was perfect, but the more I thought about it the more girly is sounded, plus I did not want to call an animal "Mr." so I kept thinkin of names.
Then this morning I remember the movie "Milo and Otis" that we watched growing up and thus Milo is his name. HE looks almost just like him too.

Imagine Dragons Concert
Lisa found out over Christmas time that the band Imagine Dragons was coming to Boise and so she asked for her birthday for tickets to go to the Concert. (Thanks padres, it was awesome!) and yesterday we did and it was sooo good!
For those who have no idea who the Imagine Dragons are here is one of the more popular song "On top of the World".
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w5tWYmIOWGk
(but they have lots of other good songs so just look at some of their other ones on youtube)
So Lisa invited Zach, me and our friend Kyle and we all get along really well so it was even more fun.
But anyway we left here around 11:30 and got to Boise around 4:30 and ate at a really good restaurant called Tuscano's. It is a Brazilian meat buffet. The waiters come around with different meats on skewers and slice you off what you want to eat. There is also a warm and cold salad buffet where I mostly got my fill from. But after we were stuffed from the exotic meats we headed to the Taco Bell arena in Boise and had an awesome time at the concert.

The concert got done around 11 and we had the 4.5 hour trek home. Originally we planned on staying in a hotel, but decided to tough it and make the drive. Zach drove and since he had clinicals that morning by the time we got home he had been up for a solid 23 hours so the last 20 minutes all of us were up singing at the top of our lungs trying to all stay up.
