September 2018

In September we were lucky enough to get a mini vacation! Zach took a few days off and we went down to Atlanta to see Mimi and Papa. We had a wonderful time. In our two weeks there we were able to go up to North Georgia to see the pumpkin and apple farms and then down to South Georgia for some fishing!
But first we just hung out all together.

Our first stop was North Georgia.

Second stop was back to Atlanta for some rest and to go to a soccer game together!

Third was a drive to down to Savannah and a day spent checking into the hotel and strolling River Street and other various places from my own childhood.

Fourth trip was spent out on the boat with fresh air, sunshine and fish galore! Unfortunately Zach hooked up a big old ray but the rod broke resulting in a bloodies frustrated husband, so till next time ray!

US both taking turns fighting the ray, but to not take anything from Zach, I only reeled for about 10 minues, he fought it for about 30.

Zach then had to go back to work so he drove home from Savannah and Beckham and I went back to Atlanta for a few more days and later flew home. It was a wonderful trip!

The rest of the month was spent doing all our favorite things.

August 2018

I have found that my blog has become less of an event journal and more of a month in review. I'm perfectly fine with that as I have many events in my life, some noteworthy and some not, so now I can compile both into the same entry.
Anyways, August 2018 was spent...

Going to the movies.

Of course hanging by the pool.

I had a particularly bad reaction to a hormone treatment...so sick and tired in the grocery store.

 And just my cute baby.

Enjoying the Life and Science Museum in Durham.

And lastly my birthday.
