My beautiful Babies and catch up

Some pictures of my beautiful babies (photo credit to awesome EM Pasche-Burbank)

When I was pregnant (with both my children) I did not want their birthdays to fall on Halloween, and then when I was pregnant with Holland I hoped for that and also that it did not fall on Beckham's birthday. Well I got my wish, but now I will have a lot of sweets at my house October 30, October 31, and November 1 of each year. So even though there was a lot going on Gigi and Em still made sure he got to celebrate Halloween and that he felt celebrated which I am so grateful for!

Then later in the month my parents came and spent Thanksgiving with us...

Fourth Trimester

We just finished the fourth trimester. If anyone is wondering what that is it is the term to describe the three months after birth. It usually used when you have a baby who much rather be on the inside still, which our wee lass definitely wanted. But alas we made it and each month is better that the last in most things.

Here is what our fourth trimester looked like...
Napping in arms only:

 Crying...alot...

Napping in arms only some more...

Giving skeptical faces about our qualifications as her new parents...

Trying anything to get her to nap not in ones arms...

But it never lasted more than 20 minutes and she would always let us know...

So I became a baby wearer and napped with her....

But let me not be too unfair to this wee lass, she loves her bath time, her big brother and us. She is so quick to smile whenever she see us. Beckham literally (and I mean literally) smiled a total of 10 times in his first entire year of life, so this is a welcomed novelty to us.

Even though Holland has thrown us some steep learning curves. I love her and I love getting to know her each month that goes by.
